Lee Birch

Lee holds a Master of Education in Guidance and Career Counselling, and a Bachelor of Education in Secondary English Teaching and Adult and Workplace Education. With experience teaching English and Humanities at a number of high schools on the Sunshine Coast, she has a proven ability to connect with and inspire students. Additionally, her role in providing career counselling services has allowed her to effectively support young people and adults in navigating their futures and transitions. Lee’s academic background and hands-on experience give her a profound understanding of the learning process and the unique challenges that adults and students may face. This is underpinned by Lee facing life adversities, leading to her own transformational journey. These diverse skills and rich life experiences enhance Lee’s intuitive gifts for teaching, facilitating and coaching with genuine compassion, allowing her to effortlessly reveal each individual's unique strengths from her heart-centred approach.
